Mr. Carlisle began his career in the oil and gas industry in January 2007, when he served as Operations Manager at Texas Flood, LLC. Mr. Carlisle went on to form Hydroline, LLC in 2012, with Hydroline, LLC Co-Founder and CEO, Matthew Adkins. The two of them have worked tirelessly to build a business that has remained steadfast in an extremely volatile market. Mr. Carlisle has over a decade in the water transfer and water management business. Mr. Carlisle's strong reputation with customers and extensive knowledge of the business, have helped accelerate Hydroline's staggering growth since the company was founded. More recently, Mr. Carlisle is focused primarily on Hydroline's business development strategy and future growth plans.
Randy joined Hydroline after 30 years of service with General Motors and 7 years with AFS Logistics. At GM he held various positions in Production, Personnel, and Manufacturing Execution. At AFS Logistics, he served as VP of Operations where he engaged in day to day problem solving while overseeing Freight Audit & Payment, Client Services and LEAN implementation. Randy brings a wealth of experience to Hydroline and is instrumental in working with the leadership team to build the foundation for growth. When it comes to his work, Randy is passionate about doing it right the first time, all the time. Randy earned his degree in Business Administration from Louisiana Tech. While his third career at Hydroline keeps him very engaged in providing top quality service to our clients, he enjoys the great outdoors, fishing, hunting and spending time with his family, including a growing population of grandchildren.
Charles Brickett, Operations Manager for Hydroline LLC is a dynamic team player with a self-driving pride for success. Charles entered the Oil and Gas industry in March of 2009, testing Blowout Preventers and Pipelines. During his time at Fastorq LLC, a Superior Energy company, and Hudson Services Inc, Charles engaged himself in every aspect of operations and HSE positions which enabled him to advance quickly through the ranks. He was able to achieve many business goals while working for some of the largest names in the industry such as Chevron, ExxonMobil, BP Plc, and many more. This career path, matched with his military background and passion for attention to detail, has allowed him to excel on the Hydroline team of go-getters. Mr. Brickett is referred to as the "LG" (logistical genius) behind the scenes and strives daily to hold himself to a high standard for "#TeamHydroline". Outside of work, Mr. Brickett is a natural marksman with long-rifles and enjoys grilling multiple times a week.
John Francis is a productive member of our sales team as well as being Hydroline's Business Development Manager. His professional career began with honorably serving in the United States Navy as a Cryptologic Technician. Since 2005, John has held various positions in the oil & gas industry on land & offshore in operations & sales with service companies such as MI SWACO, CETCO, TETRA Technologies & Keeton Services, Inc. He likes to play golf and is a die-hard Astros & Saints fan. John lives with his wife Nicole and 3 kids Noah (20), Emma (13) & Jake (3) in Seguin, TX.
Joe joined Hydroline in 2018 after obtaining his B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from LSU. At LSU, Joe studied the movement of fluids through piping systems, computer programming, and mathematics. Joe brings a new perspective to Hydroline every day, looking to improve and optimize areas of the company. He works extensively in the Water Resources department, but also dives into Job Design, Computer Programming, and Technology Development. Joe's outside-the-box thinking & optimism is an essential resource for Hydroline when faced with complex challenges. When Joe is not working, he enjoys creating songs on the piano, hiking in the mountains, and playing sports with his friends & family.
John began employment with Hydroline in March. John Is a Bossier City native having graduated from Airline Highs School and has more than 30 years Maintenance and Fabrication experience in the mining industry performing, supervising and managing repairs to mobile heavy mining equipment from off highway truck, dozers, excavators to draglines, conveyors systems and well field dewatering equipment. Prior to working in the mining field John has 12 years' experience performing field maintenance for the local Caterpillar Dealer. John's hobbies include hunting, fishing and diving. John taught collage PE courses in Scuba Diving at Northern State University and Southern Arkansas University for 13 years. John also taught NASA Space Camp for kids for 5 years.
